Cloud Station (2026)

An upbeat, cinematic, sci-fi inspired EDM journey – with flavours of chiptune and nu disco. I began production on this piece early in 2024, when I was inspired by a namesake artwork from the digital artist Phase Runner (www.deviantart.com/phaserunner/). This is my first music release for 2026 – and the first of many more to come!

The sky draws thin

air skirting the wings;

cumulus, cirrus, stratus,

flanking the horizon it brings.

A light beckons on distant eyes

far above the metropolitan ground;

a faint silhouette

demarcating the haze abound.

The vibrant whirr of life and technology

seen through windows of pink, white, and blue;

aircraft dart in and out,

departures old replaced by arrivals new.

The ‘city in the sky’, some call it,

the floating Cloud Station;

a place where people come and go from afar,

a place in constant motion with spirit, art, science, and creation.
